#QualityLeaders Indian villages have a different soul. The people here, the emotions, the amity here feels genuine and lively. Met Shri @himanshupunsari, former Sarpanch of Pansuri village in Gujarat and Shri Dilip Tripathi, Sarpanch of Hasudi Ausanpur one of the first Indian villages ( mistakenly refered to as last villages by many) on the Indo-Nepal border in Uttar Pradesh. They have built the modern ideal villages that have all the amenities required for a good standard of life. Be it education, sports, recreation, public spaces, utilities, hygiene, vocational training, every aspect has been curated with a deep understanding of public life and futuristic vision. They both focus on elevating the over quality of life that aims at preserving the essence of India' s rural ethos. With ideal villages like these coming in India, I am sure fewer people will want to leave their homes and migrate to cities in search of a better life. CREDAI thanks Finance Minister, MOS Finance and Minister Housing & Urban Affairs along with their team of officers for the most patient hearing today on steps for reviving housing and real estate. The meeting being held on Sunday morning which lasted for two hours indicates the sense of earnestness and urgency. On behalf of CREDAI, we hope to have succeeded in highlighting the urgency to ease the liquidity constraint in the interest of timely delivery to home buyers. CREDAI also argued in favor of RERA being given due recognition in resolution of legacy issues. Immediate and positive steps from the Government will enable developers to contribute their mite to achieving PM’s vision of ‘Housing for All by 2022’.
