Jaxay Shah Managing Director of Savvy President of CREDAI Reputed Builders in Gujarat Savvy Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. S. G. Highway Ahmedabad Gujarat India

Our grandparents bequeathed an Independent India to us; now, it's our responsibility to create a Developed India for our grandchildren. At Mumbai Vision 2047, I had the privilege of unveiling my roadmap for the real estate sector during the Kartavya Kaal leading to 2047. Real estate sector has been the most resilient sector of the economy post pandemic. With an increasing Indian population emerging from poverty and contributing to the expanding middle class, the real estate sector is poised to become a pivotal element of India's economy, with Mumbai holding a unique position in this transformation. It will not only contribute to our economic growth but also enable us to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat with world-class infrastructure and homes for all. @narendramodi @piyushgoyalofficial @qualitycouncilofindia @credai_national @naredco_national @bomanrustom @ondc_official @my_bmc

In the vast tapestry of India, cricket emerges not just as a sport but as a unifying force, often referred to as a religion. While football may be the fervent devotion in Brazil, the crowd of cricket fans in Uttar Pradesh alone may surpass the population of the entire South American nation. The Indian cricket team, a microcosm of India's rich diversity, stands as a representative of a sixth of the world's population. From the bustling city of Mumbai comes Rohit Sharma, while Shreyas Iyer, with roots in Kerala, proudly hails from Maharashtra. K L Rahul, a Mangalorean, shares the team with Hardik Pandya, a proud Gujarati. Surya Kumar and Kuldeep Yadav bring the essence of Uttar Pradesh to the squad. R Ashwin epitomizes Tamil Nadu, while Gujarat claims Ravindra Jadeja. Mohammed Siraj represents Telangana, and Mohammad Shami is from Uttar Pradesh. Virat Kohli adds the Delhi flair, while Shubhman Gill represents Punjab, and Bumrah is a Ramgarhia Sikh from Gujarat. As Kabir Khan showed us in 'Chak De India,' together, all of them represent and stand for just India, i.e., Bharat. As the Indian cricket team prepares for the ICC World Cup 2023 finals, their diversity mirrors the mosaic of India, embodying a sixth of the world's populace. Best of luck to them in the finals as they carry the hopes and dreams of a nation woven together by the love of cricket.

Since the beginning of my tenure as Chairperson QCI, I always felt that I had been given the responsibility to bring changes on ground and touch the lives of Indian citizens. Today, I feel humbled that one of my dearest endeavours to connect with villages has gotten wings. The Sarpanch Samvaad app was launched by His Excellency, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor of Assam in Guwahati in the presence of 30+ Sarpanchs from different parts of country. This is a collective effort to transform India; village by village. @gulab_chand_kataria, @qualitycouncilofindia

We are happy to share that Dr. Minu Agarwal, Adjunct Assistant Professor at CEPT University, recently conducted a groundbreaking study on the critical issue of #lightpollution at the Kensville Golf and Country Club. The observations revealed that in today's polluted cities, the dark sky has become nearly invisible, obscured by the overwhelming presence of artificial lights. However, the pristine environment of Kensville Golf and Country Club paints a different picture, illuminating the night sky with its pollution-free conditions. The event served as a poignant reminder of the detrimental effects of light pollution on our ecosystems, wildlife, and human well-being. As a sustainability consultant, we recommend the following measures to address the growing issue of light pollution: - Minimize upward-facing external lighting. - Limit the lighting power densities to a maximum of 2W/sq.m for 50% of the building facade. By implementing these measures, we can effectively reduce light pollution, ensuring better access to the night sky and preserving the nocturnal environment for future generations. #QualityLeaders Indian villages have a different soul. The people here, the emotions, the amity here feels genuine and lively. Met Shri @himanshupunsari, former Sarpanch of Pansuri village in Gujarat and Shri Dilip Tripathi, Sarpanch of Hasudi Ausanpur one of the first Indian villages ( mistakenly refered to as last villages by many) on the Indo-Nepal border in Uttar Pradesh. They have built the modern ideal villages that have all the amenities required for a good standard of life. Be it education, sports, recreation, public spaces, utilities, hygiene, vocational training, every aspect has been curated with a deep understanding of public life and futuristic vision. They both focus on elevating the over quality of life that aims at preserving the essence of India' s rural ethos. With ideal villages like these coming in India, I am sure fewer people will want to leave their homes and migrate to cities in search of a better life. They are now connected with QCI's quality mission, and I am sure they will continue the good work they have started.
